Presented by publisher More Than Sound (www.morethansound.net), this webcast features a discussion with neuroscientist and author Dr. Richard Davidson, Director of the Waisman Laboratory for Brain Imaging and Behavior and the Laboratory for Affective Neuroscience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Topics for this installment of the series includes:

– Dr. Davidson’s research on meditation as it relates to happiness, distraction, neuroplasticity and recovering from negative information;
