Public performance rights (PPR) are included with every legally-acquired DVD or streaming version of Leadership: A Master Class when purchased at the educational or corporate price levels. These rights permit an educational institution, non-profit organization, company, or individual to exhibit the video to gatherings of up to 10 people in the home, business, or classroom.

Not included with PPR are screenings involving more than 10 people, recurring screenings, screenings where admission is charged or which are publicized to the general public, except that public libraries may publicize the event to its patrons and citizens in the community it serves. Broadcasting or posting the video to a digital network accessible to employees, students, or the general public, including the Internet, World Wide Web, and private servers are also prohibited.
