    An unbelievably simple and effective guide to meditation. The techniques which combine muscle relaxation, auto-suggestions and breath focus are instantly useful from the first time you engage yourself in this activity.
    While the music sets the mood you will find Daniel’s instructions to be well paced and precise. I am now convinced that there is no link between meditation and religion which are often associated with each other.
    If you are looking at reducing stress and improve relationships, I highly recommend this audio download. It will be a life changing experience!

    I would like to add that Emotional Brain Training pairs neuroscience with skills and tools. I teach people how to learn to rewire their brain throughout the day, when they get triggered. This program is evidence based. It takes mindfulness to a deeper level. Their triggers become less powerful and they are able to stay in balance and out of stress.

    This is an absolutely brilliant CD – my wife and I have a 7 month year old daughter, and with my wife being a Doctor and me running my own company, we wanted something to make sure we we’re more Zen like shall we say!…. Having listened to this CD many times, we are both much more relaxed yet proactive. Thank you Daniel for all your wisdom that you continue to share – you’ve improved many lives around the world… and here’s another product that does just that.
